Flow of the week – Supercharge your Flows using OpenAI ChatGPT
How do you Flow it?
Start your Flow on a registrationOn successful registration - send all the data collected on the player as part of your prompt to the AI to write a short welcome onsite notification. Your prompt for the AI may include all the data collected during registration, as well as the time of year, day of the month, day of the week, weather, special events, public holidays and anything else that the AI should consider to really deeply personalise the messages for each player. With Flows you can quickly connect any application to collect the data you would like to include in your prompt! Let's look at an example of a prompt and the result we get from ChatGPT (our example is in English, but remember that you can ask to get the result in the customer language): The example prompt: "Write a short welcome onsite notification message to a customer with the first name Erik that just registered at Flows online Casino. The customer is based in Sweden and living in Stockholm. The customer is 34 years old and is male. Todays date is 2023-02-02 and it is a Thursday with rain and 3 degrees celsius. Include some fun facts about the country and city in your message as well as suggestions on other activities to do in the city on this day of the week and time of year with the current weather based on their age and sex, after enjoying some spins at the online casino. Can I create several messages in the same Flow?Yes, create as many prompts and messages as you need for your full onboarding journey in a flow!
