We’re looking for a detail-oriented and logically-minded Technical Integration Manager to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help shape how clients connect, configure, and start using Flows by working on integrations, templates, and onboarding journeys.

A key part of this role will involve writing Flows—our no-code workflows—for internal projects, product features, and client solutions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop our no-code Apps (third-party connections), launch Flow templates, and help deliver automation that brings real value to our users. You’ll also play a critical role in onboarding clients and building out a scalable, product-led onboarding experience that makes integrating with Flows seamless and fast. Key Responsibilities

App & Template Development

• Work with the product and development teams to scope, coordinate, and test new third-party App integrations.
  
• Assist in writing no-code Flows and building Flow templates that demonstrate use cases and best practices for automation.
  
• Translate partner API documentation and client requirements into functional, reusable workflows.
  
• Maintain and improve our library of integrations and templates, ensuring quality and reusability.
  

Client Onboarding & Support

• Act as a technical guide for new clients during onboarding and integration.
  
• Help design and implement a product-led onboarding experience, reducing time-to-value for new customers.
  
• Provide hands-on support to strategic clients, helping them build initial workflows and understand integration opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with the Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to onboarding.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years in a technical support, integrations, product operations, or similar role in SaaS or tech.
  
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience working with APIs and understanding how systems connect and interact.
  
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools or workflow automation platforms.
  
• Comfortable translating technical concepts into business-friendly explanations.
  
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  

Bonus points

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
  
• Background in scripting, systems integrations, or technical product management.
  
• Hands-on experience using tools like Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, or Webhooks (even at a conceptual level).
