We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Manager to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you’ll lead and coordinate internal development initiatives while acting as a key point of contact for a select group of our most strategic clients. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both business and client goals.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Project Management

• Coordinate between cross-functional teams to deliver internal projects and new feature development.
  
• Own project timelines, scope, and delivery milestones.
  
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure clear task prioritization and resource allocation.
  
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or blockers.
  
• Implement and improve project management processes and tools.
  

Client Engagement & Coordination

• Act as a key relationship manager for high-value clients.
  
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define priorities, and translate them into actionable internal tasks.
  
• Ensure smooth communication and transparency between clients and internal teams.
  
• Manage client expectations regarding timelines, feature availability, and roadmap updates.
  
• Conduct regular check-ins, progress updates, and post-project reviews.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in SaaS, tech, or iGaming.
  
• Proven track record managing cross-functional internal teams.
  
• Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively.
  
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Monday or similar project management platforms.
  
• Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
