Role overview

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Flows Marketplace, a growing hub for gamification, communication, and engagement products built on top of the Flows platform.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for shaping the roadmap, defining requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketplace products that drive engagement and retention for our clients.

You’ll collaborate closely with design, project management, and technical teams to break projects into actionable tasks, manage priorities, and keep everyone aligned from concept through to launch. You’ll also act as the central point for product-related questions, making sure everything stays on track day-to-day.

This role combines strategic thinking with practical execution, ideal for someone who enjoys researching the market, understanding user needs, and translating ideas into innovative no-code products and templates.

Key Responsibilities:

Product planning & delivery

• Define the product roadmap and feature requirements for the Flows Marketplace.
  
  
• Collaborate with design, tech, and project management to scope and deliver new gamification and communication-focused Flows.
  
  
• Break down projects into clear milestones and tickets, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  
  
• Maintain ownership of the product lifecycle — from ideation and prototyping to testing, launch, and iteration.
  
  
• Provide clarity and direction to internal teams, answering product-related questions and ensuring alignment.
  
  

Research & market Insight

• Conduct competitive research to identify trends and opportunities in gamification, communication, and automation tools.
  
  
• Gather feedback from clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to refine product ideas and prioritize features.
  
  
• Analyze user adoption data and propose improvements to enhance engagement and usability.
  
  

Cross-Team collaboration

• Work closely with the design team to ensure user-friendly and visually appealing products.
  
  
• Partner with tech teams to validate feasibility and ensure smooth implementation.
  
  
• Coordinate with marketing and customer success to prepare go-to-market assets and support launches.
  
  

Required skills and experience:

Experience & skills

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or similar roles in SaaS or tech.
  
  
• Strong understanding of agile product development and backlog management.
  
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
  
  
• Logical thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  
  
• Experience researching and benchmarking competing products and translating insights into actionable plans.
  
  
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  
  

Bonus points

• Experience with no-code or low-code tools.
  
  
• Knowledge of gamification mechanics or communication platforms.
  
  
• Background in iGaming, automation, or B2B software products.
  
  

Understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation workflows (conceptual level).
