Role overview

Flows is the orchestration platform powering the next phase of iGaming. We enable operators, suppliers, and platforms to connect systems, automate workflows and build new products and experiences quickly, without heavy engineering lift.

As Partnerships & Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the Flows ecosystem. You’ll identify, secure and grow strategic partnerships that extend our reach across operators, suppliers, and platform providers. This includes driving new integrations, unlocking joint commercial opportunities, and ensuring partners are set up to deliver real value through Flows.

You’ll work closely with commercial, product and marketing teams to turn partnerships into tangible outcomes, whether that’s new revenue streams, faster deployments, or innovative use cases built on the platform. The focus is simple, build partnerships that actively contribute to growth, not just logos on a slide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy across key iGaming technology verticals (PAMs, CRMs, game studios, data providers, affiliates and platform providers).
  • Identify, negotiate and onboard strategic partners to drive revenue growth, integrations and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Manage existing partnerships, fostering collaboration, performance tracking and alignment on mutual business objectives.
  • Work closely with commercial and product teams to identify new integration and go-to-market opportunities that enhance the Flows ecosystem.
  • Lead partnership enablement and ensure internal stakeholders are aligned and supported for joint initiatives.
  • Represent Flows at events, conferences and industry events to strengthen brand awareness and build new strategic relationships.
  • Develop business cases and commercial models for partner opportunities, ensuring measurable ROI.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activity to continually refine partnership strategy.

 

Required skills and experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within iGaming or related B2B technology sectors.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling successful partnerships across technology providers or enterprise clients in iGaming.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a structured approach to execution, capable of balancing long-term vision with short-term goals.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally (sales, marketing, product, and tech).
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including common integrations, data flows, and platform dynamics.
  • Self-starter, ambitious and driven by measurable growth outcomes.
