Role overview
This role plays a key part in helping our clients in the iGaming industry maximise the value of Flows, our no-code integration and automation platform. If you enjoy solving problems, working with clients, and making things easier through automation, this could be your next role.
You don’t need to be a Flows expert (yet)…we’ll get you up to speed. What matters most is a logical mindset, technical confidence, a solid understanding of data integration principles, and a genuine focus on helping others succeed. You’ll help clients unlock the full potential of the platform. Integrating systems, automating tasks, and scaling with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Enablement
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of Flows’ capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a range of templates and help resources to facilitate client self-service.
- Assist clients in building custom flows and features tailored to their specific needs, leveraging the platform’s no-code environment.
- Continuously ideate and propose new flow ideas to enhance client operations and user experience.
Technical Support & Implementation
- Assist clients in building custom flows and features tailored to their specific needs, leveraging the platform’s no-code environment.
- Utilise a strong understanding of data integrations and quality assurance practices to advise and assist clients effectively.
- Work closely with the Technical and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively.
- Support the integration of third-party partners and ensure compatibility within the Flows environment.
- Represent the client voice internally, ensuring Flows products deliver real-world value and ease of use.
Required skills and experience:
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Client Success, Integrations, Automation engineer, QA, Operations or Technical Account Management role within SaaS, iGaming or tech environments. Alternatively other experience within a heavily Logic-skills driven position.
- Solid understanding of data integrations, APIs, and automation workflows (conceptual or hands-on).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a logical, detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent English communication skills — able to explain complex concepts simply and clearly.
- Experience working directly with clients in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
- Confidence using tools for automation, workflow design, or low/no-code environments.
Bonus Points
- Experience with no-code or low-code tools.
- Knowledge of gamification mechanics or communication platforms.
- Experience within the iGaming industry.
- Background in Risk & Fraud, CRM or VIP.
