Getting a new game launch ready is one milestone. Getting that game live across the right operators, aggregators and markets is another. Each partner can have different requirements, timelines and approval stages, which means one title can quickly become several launch journeys happening at once. That creates a coordination challenge: suppliers need to keep track of what each partner still needs, where every launch stands, who needs to act next and whether anything is putting a go-live date at risk.
This week’s Flow of the Week looks at how suppliers can use Flows to bring those journeys into one connected process, with a clear view of what’s ready, what’s outstanding and what needs to happen next.
The challenge
Game distribution rarely follows one straight path. One partner may be waiting on metadata or assets, another in UAT and another awaiting market-specific evidence or final sign-off. When progress sits across emails, spreadsheets and separate systems, it becomes harder to see where each launch stands and what needs attention.
The result is more time spent chasing updates, less visibility across the rollout and a greater risk of delays when an important requirement or action is missed.
The solution
With Flows, suppliers can bring the different launch paths into one connected workflow, coordinating the systems, people and actions involved from rollout through to go-live.
Within Flows, our AI assistant Flo helps suppliers start with the outcome they want to achieve through one simple conversation.
For example:
“We have a new game ready for rollout. Help us coordinate the launch across selected operators, aggregators and markets.”
Flo will then ask the questions needed to shape the workflow, for example:
Which operators and aggregators are included?
Which markets are in scope?
What does each partner need before launch?
Who owns metadata, assets, UAT and sign-off?
Which launch dates need to be tracked?
What should happen if something is missing, delayed or fails testing?
Once the workflow is agreed, Flows orchestrates the execution across the supplier’s connected technology.
Each operator, aggregator or market can follow the launch path relevant to them, while Flows coordinates actions, tracks progress, triggers follow-ups and records status as each launch moves towards go-live.
Certification, market approval and final activation remain with the relevant supplier, operator, aggregator or connected system. Flows coordinates the process around those actions, rather than replacing them.
How it works
The rollout is shaped through Flo first. Once the workflow is approved, execution can begin as soon as the game reaches its release-ready stage.
1. Game reaches release-ready status
A status change in the supplier’s product or release system triggers the rollout.
2. Rollout matrix is checked
Flows checks which operators, aggregators and markets are included and what is required for each launch.
3. Partner-specific paths are created
Each partner follows the relevant launch path, with the right requirements, owners, dependencies and target date.
4. Metadata is coordinated
Game IDs, RTP versions, language and currency details, bet limits and market availability can be routed through connected systems or to the relevant contacts.
5. Assets are sent
Game thumbnails, descriptions, promotional creative and other launch materials can be routed to the appropriate operator, aggregator or internal owner.
6. UAT is tracked
Testing progress and feedback are tracked against each launch, with outstanding actions flagged as they arise.
7. Sign-off is recorded
Certification evidence, operator acceptance and technical sign-off can be captured as the relevant requirements are completed.
8. Go-live is confirmed
Once the supplier, operator, aggregator or connected system confirms the game is live, Flows records the status and triggers the relevant internal updates or reporting.
Why it works
Game launches are rarely held up because the end goal is unclear.
It can be one missing asset, an outstanding UAT issue, a delayed approval or a sign-off that has not yet reached the right person, while every other partner continues progressing towards launch.
Flows gives suppliers one view across the entire rollout, while allowing each operator, aggregator and market to follow the requirements that apply to them.
When something needs attention, the right follow-up can be triggered automatically. As each launch progresses, its status is updated so everyone involved has a clear view of what is ready, what is outstanding and what needs to happen next.
The result is less time spent chasing updates, clearer ownership and greater control from release-ready through to go-live.
Build it with Flows
Flows gives suppliers one connected process to coordinate game rollouts across operators, aggregators and markets.
One game. Multiple launch requirements. One connected rollout.
