How do you Flow it?
Trigger, get player details and today’s date
Start your Flow by selecting the trigger, in this example the trigger is on Login.
The Flow then checks the customer country and gets today’s date ready for the holiday check.
How do I check if the customer has a National holiday today?
The example flow here continues with calling the Calendarifiq API through the Calendarifiq Flows app, which filters the response and checks if today is a national holiday in the customers country. If yes, then the green path will follow and a notification can be sent to CRM/VIP teams.
Can I segment my flow with different bonuses for different cohorts?
After the Slack notification is sent, the flow continues with different routes depending on the customer segment and/or tag and it is then possible to easily add a bonus per segment as well as a personalised onsite message. You may also add CRM such as emails and sms, but since the customer is already onsite in our example, we have an onsite message.
