Creating a new-era in Gaming Engagement

Tracking and celebrating player achievements is a key component of enhancing user engagement and satisfaction. Often, we want to be alerted every time a player reaches specific game levels that align with our goals.

The Solution: Flo leveling up

To address this need, we’ve harnessed the power of artificial intelligence, specifically through “Flo,” to create a dynamic flow that automates this process:

1- Setting the parameters

We’ve provided Flo with clear instructions to generate a flow based on specific parameters. This flow is triggered by a “Level up” event, ensuring that every change in a player’s level initiates the flow. Once it’s in motion, the first task is to verify that the player’s level is not equal to o, as our focus is on multiples of 25 for this particular scenario.

2- Calculating the progress

To determine whether the player has achieved a milestone (e.g., 25, 50, 75…), we create a variable containing the formula ={{LevelMod25}}%25. This formula calculates the remainder of the player’s level divided by 25. If this calculation results in 0, it signifies that the level is a multiple of 25 and meets our criteria.

3- Analysing performance

Upon identifying the achievement, we instruct the flow to integrate with a Pragmatic app. This app provides valuable insights into the player’s activity, including the total bet amount and the total amount won. By calculating the difference between these values, we obtain the player’s losses, adding a layer of analytics to the process.

4- Final verification and communication

Before concluding, we conduct a final check to ensure that the player has the designated “Tag X.” This verification step ensures that our communication and engagement efforts are directed precisely where they need to be. If the condition is true, the flow culminates by sending a targeted Slack message and if the condition is false the flow will send a Slack message with the information to another channel as an alert.
