Delivering advent calendar magic for GOATZ

Goatz.com is live, offering casino and live casino. The team behing GOATZ is also working on launching a new sportsbook brand. As a recently launched brand, GOATZ was moving fast and did not have the Advent Calendar mapped out months in advance, as many operators do. With December approaching, the priority became delivering a high-quality campaign at speed, turning to Flows to get the experience built and live in 24 days.

The challenge: Daily engagement at scale

GOATZ wanted a promotion that ran every day throughout December without creating daily manual work for their operation. The goal was to reward active and VIP players based on player value, while also using the campaign as a driver for new player acquisition and conversion.

The Advent Calendar campaign was designed to:

  • Cater for active and VIP players with daily rewards aligned to value
  • Increase lifetime value during the campaign period and retain players afterwards
  • Acquire new players and convert them into depositors
  • Showcase the quality of the Goatz brand and what it can offer coming forward

The solution: An automated Advent Calendar powered by Flows

And so, GOATZ partnered with Flows to build and launch an automated Advent Calendar experience on Goatz.com using FlowsWave pop-up tools. The campaign enabled a month-long promotion with daily offers, delivered consistently across December.

The Advent Calendar was also fully integrated with GOATZ CRM, Optimove, ensuring daily offers and messaging could align with CRM-driven segmentation and campaign logic.

Delivered within a 24-day window, the build covered calendar design from scratch (including a countdown feature), the full bonus logic for all daily rewards, staging-to-production testing and migration, plus five additional dynamic pop-ups connected to the campaign flow. Flows also supported installation directly on the Goatz.com website.

 

 

Results: A record month driven by daily engagement

By mid-December,GOATZ reported strong early performance from the Advent Calendar campaign, including a lift in first time depositors and an all-time high in deposits for the month. With the campaign heavily promoted post-launch, player activity also increased versus previous months.

GOATZ plans to review month-to-month KPIs after December ends, including average deposits, NGR and activity days, to measure longer-term impact.
